Under the banner of BizArts, this initiative marks a critical commitment to "Towards A More Perfect Union." BizArts aims to amplify its impact by providing essential resources, mentorship, and collaborative opportunities to empower creative innovators and entrepreneurs.

Attendees will hear firsthand from NxtLvl and Kaufman FastTrac 2026 participants about their transformative journeys. A compelling video presentation, "What's Next?", will showcase the program's vision and potential to expand and create impact beyond the Midlands. The cornerstone of the event will be the "State of the Union" address, calling everyone to join to together to create a more perfect union through the small business and creative industry.
"The call to collaborate has never been stronger," added Ayesha Driggers, City of Columbia OBO Director. "BizArts is not just a cohort; it's a movement. By strengthening our collective efforts, we can press toward a more perfect union of innovation, creativity, and economic prosperity."

The "State of the Union" event will also feature vital networking opportunities, an icebreaker designed to foster connections, and live entertainment, contributing to an atmosphere of shared purpose and forward momentum.

BizArts Presents A Christmas Story

A Holiday Celebration & Fundraiser supporting the children and families of Richland County First Steps.

7Sunday’s BizArts, in partnership with the City of Columbia Office of Business Opportunities, is excited to announce BizArts: A Christmas Story—an uplifting holiday community celebration, nonprofit and small business showcase, and fundraiser supporting the children and families of Richland County First Steps taking place Sunday, December 14, 2025, 4-7 pm at the Columbia Museum of Art.

Designed to bring together families, children, educators, artists, and local entrepreneurs, this event celebrates the magic of the holiday season through the creativity of the arts. Guests can enjoy hands-on art-making, interactive learning activities, story time, and the Intersection on Main exhibit, all within the inspiring Columbia Museum of Art. Adding to the festive fun, Ritchie the Rhino and a special appearance by Santa Claus will delight attendees of all ages. The event will also feature remarks from Elizabeth Kabalka, the new Executive Director of Richland County First Steps, highlighting the impact of community and giving.

Holiday Hope Donation Drive
Guests are invited to bring items that will directly support families engaged with RCFS and others facing food insecurity in the greater Columbia area. Requested donations include baby formula, diapers, children’s winter clothing, new books, educational toys, and non-perishable food items. 7Sunday, in partnership with the City of Columbia Office of Business Opportunities, proudly announces the return of its BizArts series with a dynamic kickoff event on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

This special evening will feature the compelling documentary “Did You Know? Columbia’s Black Wall Street,” which explores and honors the legacy of Columbia’s historic Black business district.

In addition to the film screening, attendees will experience a powerful visual exhibition presented by the University of South Carolina Center for Civil Rights History and Research and Columbia SC 63, highlighting the stories of Black entrepreneurship and civic leadership during the Civil Rights Movement era.

BizArts invites small business owners, creatives, students, community members, and all those passionate about local history, innovation, and progress to attend. This event will offer a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the past, engage with the present, and be inspired to shape the future.

2024 Juneteenth Entrepreneur, Film and Television Extravaganza two day event, June 18th - 19th!

The event is designed to celebrate, educate, and inspire by honoring the legacy of Black entrepreneurship, culture, and art through film and television.

JEFTE events include:

Day 1: Entrepreneurial and Entertainment Summit: Featuring inspiring speakers, dynamic panels, and interactive workshops for aspiring and established entrepreneurs.
Day 2: Matinee viewing of SCETV’s “The Cool and the Strong”, Episodes 1 and 2 PLUS the premiere of the Documentary Film, “Columbia’s Black Wall Street,” and Extravaganza celebration that includes live band performances, and various activities that highlight the richness of Black culture, business, and creativity.
The Extravaganza aims to create a platform that fosters community engagement, economic empowerment, and cultural appreciation, aligning with the values and interests of both the public and private sectors.

The Woody on Main is SUPER excited about Halloween, as this is our favorite Holiday of the year! It's the best time of year to be ANYONE or ANYTHING you want! So come join the fun!! We will be giving away prizes for the the BEST COSTUME of the night hosted by Deon Generette from 7Sunday! So come early and party all night with us! Lots of unique, spooky and delicious drinks will be served up all night as well at a spooktaclular price! We look forward to seeing everyone!
